All items listed on our site are brand new and sourced from official outlets. We do on occasions acquire older models which have been in storage and may show signs of wear and tear on the packaging. This will be listed in the product description.
On the odd occasion we may miscalculate stock levels and the model you have ordered is no longer available. Stock is checked and updated daily so you will be notified of any problems.
Each model has a stock level which is unknown to the buyer. You will only be able to insert up to that amount before the cart rejects any further orders. Please note that we can always try and source any out of stock model by emailing your request.
All orders are placed in a cart system. Once you are happy with your selection(s) you can proceed to the checkout. The shipping cost is calculated by weight and worldwide zones. By clicking Shipping Rates you can work out what your order will cost by using the table and calculator
When pre ordering we ask for a small non-refundable deposit to secure your order. We will send an invoice for the remainder of the balance when we receive the stock. You can cancel your pre order at anytime, however the deposit is non-refundable.
If the manufacturer cancels the production for any reason we will refund your deposit in full.
Please be aware that stock arrives in batches. Pre orders are sent out in the order we receive them. Please do not be concerned if others receive their order before you. As this would be due to the fact we received their order before yours
All orders will be well packed and addressed to the information provided. If for any reason you have entered the incorrect details you will be responsible for any further shipping costs. All items sent will require a signature which covers both parties should the model not turn up or arrive damaged. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. If we are closed you will be notified of the delay. Some overseas parcels can take up to six weeks or longer to arrive so please be patient, however we will keep you updated on any delays.
Please note any customs charge must be paid for by you and we cannot alter the values on the shipping label
Orders can be paid for using Paypal, cheque or postal order and bacs transfer. Please email us if you wish to pay by bacs and we will confirm our bank details. All cheques should be made payable to David Westwood and sent to the address in the Contact Us page. Any bank charges must be paid for by you. Items are covered by Paypal’s protection service. We offer a no quibble return policy on all orders. If an order needs to be sent back for a refund due to damage we will cover return postage. However if you simply change your mind you will incur the return postage charge. You must notify us within 7 days If you wish to return or cancel your order. Once the model is returned to us we will process the refund.
